INDIO, CALIFORNIA - Rising super-bantamweight prospect, Diego De La Hoya, has been removed from this Saturday's HBO Boxing telecast headlined by the WBC super-featherweight world title fight between Francisco Vargas and Miguel Berchelt.

Joel De La Hoya, the manager of Diego, broke the news to Frontproof Media about the changes. The undefeated 22-year-old will now fight Alberto Guevara (24-3, 9 KOs) on the HBO pay-per-view undercard between Miguel Cotto and James Kirkland on February 25, from The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. He is coming off a unanimous decision victory against Luis Orlando Del Valle from last September's HBO card involving Saul "Canelo" Alvarez and Liam "Beefy" Smith.
